CSA Terms and Conditions

Once you have paid for your share, you have secured a spot in our 6-week dahlia CSA. We will contact you via email (3porchcsa@gmail.com) to get you set up on our pickup schedule. It will be your responsibility to schedule your own dates. We recommend scheduling for the same time each week, to help you remember your pickups. In purchasing this CSA, you agree that you are responsible for your pickup times of your share. If you are not able to pick up your share, it is your responsibility to find someone that can pick it up for you.  There are no refunds, either partial or full, for missed appointments and/or cancellations. We can try to help you reschedule during our regular hours, but if you are unable to make it, let us know and we will do our best to find a good home to donate the items to.
 

In joining this CSA, you agree and understand that flowers are perishable items. Dahlias typically have a vase life of 2-5 days depending on variety, room temp, water quality, etc... We harvest in peak conditions so that you will enjoy the longest vase life possible out of your flowers. We will provide you with flower care instructions in each weekly email.  We are not responsible for poor flower care once the flowers leave the farm. Key factors for long vase lives are making sure to get your flowers in water ASAP (Bring a jar of water with you!), clean vases, and providing fresh, clean water to your vases everyday or every other day to prevent them from drying out.  Dahlias are heavy drinkers. Dahlias love flower food, so you will also be provided with a packet of food each week!
